We invite you to join us on Monday, Jun 16, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM PT, ONLINE ONLY via Zoom for (Re)Parenting Empowerment: Exploring the Impact on All Relationships & Our Inner Child with Meg Judge & Kim Holman.

This presentation offers an introduction to the transformative practice of reparenting—a process that allows us to heal past wounds and engage with others, especially children, in more informed and connected ways.

Through reflection and practical tools, we will explore:

-Why we react the way we do in difficult situations

-How to identify programmed reactions and patterns

-Ways to create space for new choices and intentional connection

By understanding the layers behind our responses, we can shift from reactive behaviors to conscious interactions, fostering deeper and more meaningful relationships. Whether you're a parent, caregiver, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, this workshop provides valuable insights for building healthier connections with yourself and others.

About the Facilitators:

Kim Holman of 8 Hands Healing and Meg Judge of Goodness Gracious Coaching share a deep passion for conscious parenting and authentic relationships built on intention and compassion. In 2023, they came together to create the (Re)Parenting Empowerment Masterclass and have since developed the (Re)Parenting Mini-Workshop, as well as the Intentional Parenting Collaborative, a monthly support group. They actively teach their (Re)Parenting curriculum independently and through local organizations in Salem, OR.

With their creative synergy and supportive approach, Kim and Meg foster an environment that encourages learning, self-awareness, and personal growth.
